There is free delivery within the yellow area on the map below. At booking select the Out of Free Delivery Zone Fee add-on if the recipient is in the pink $25 delivery zone. The fee will be added to your order.
The Basics
When you're ready to celebrate...

Be sure to give someone in the recipient's household a heads up that we'll be coming

We'll set up between 4:00-8:00am and back after 7:00pm to pick it up

BOOKING
First use the map above to determine if the recipient's address is in the free or paid delivery zone.
Availability
Go to the Booking tab, select a service and a date. If times are available select one. If the date is grayed out, then it is unavailable.
Timing
At booking you need to select a time. This is for office purposes only. Your display can be set up anytime between 4:00-8:00am. If you need it setup by a certain time, please indicate on the booking form.
Pickup
Pickup is after 7:00pm unless otherwise noted. (Schools and businesses often have earlier pickup times)
Night Before
For our safety, please let someone in the household know that we are coming, or at least to expect an early morning outdoor delivery. Please keep pets safely inside. During the summer months, we request you, to please water the lawn as this makes for an easier set up.
Details
We'll leave a door tag saying who the display is from and include our contact info in case an early pickup is desired.
Display
At Booking you will be able to list color and graphics preferences. Displays that are set up from October-April, displays on hard ground, or indoor displays may use stands. Space is more limited in these cases and single signs (large signs with a word or words all on one sign- like "Happy Birthday") may be used. Scroll down to see what these signs look like.

Design
Complete alphabets available in:
Red, Pink, Yellow, Gold Sparkle, Green, Blue, Purple, & Black.
Limited letters available in:
Light Blue ("Happy Birthday"), Maroon ("Congrats Grad"),&
Orange ("Happy Birthday") Teal Sparkle ("Happy Birthday")
You'll also be able to list any graphics preferences in the form at booking. We will add what makes sense to the display (like cake, presents, stars & balloons to a birthday display). We won't add any unique items, like a video game controller or guitar, unless you request them.
You can leave it all to us, or you can tell us a little about the recipient or theme of the event. If you tell us she loves all things pink and girly we will add things that make sense, and if you have specific requests like "cotton candy" we will add that too. You can list graphics preferences and we'll honor them pending availability.
You will have the option to list colors to avoid or preferred colors at checkout.
These requests will be honored pending availability.
Single Signs
These signs are called single signs. They have multiple letters/words all on one sign. We have these available for when space is limited such as in a small yard, an indoor event, or when the ground is frozen or hard and the letters need to be placed in a stand.

Rental Terms & Conditions
By placing an order with Letter the Lawn you agree to all policies stated on this page.

We reserve the right not to letter lawns for any reason including controversial, disrespectful, political messages or messages that do not align with our mission to celebrate life.

We also will not deliver messages taking the Lord’s name in vain.

You will be invoiced for missing or damaged lawn letters or display items.

We reserve the right to photograph your lawn letters and use it for marketing purposes.

Letter the Lawn and all associates are not responsible or liable for any injury, illness, or damage that may be caused to any person or personal property during the set-up, display, or removal of any rental.

All displays are rentals and not available for purchase.

For an additional fee, a small, individual, one color, custom keepsake sign may be ordered in advance and kept. This must be ordered at booking and at least 3 days in advance.

Displays are not available to rent and move to any other location, or bring out of town.
Setup & Display:

If possible please notify someone at the delivery location that we are coming. This is for our safety
-
We are unable to deliver in lightning or during weather that is hazardous for us or our signs. If weather becomes an issue we will contact you for a refund or alternate arrangements.

If you are attempting a surprise, close the blinds, consider any video doorbell/security notifications, and make sure all pets are inside the home.

Turn off sprinkler systems.
Delivery:
-
Watering the lawn the day before helps ensure a successful installation. Stakes go into watered lawns much straighter and easier. Please do this if at all possible.

Please DO NOT allow children to lean or play on or around the lawn letters.
-
Please DO NOT move or remove the lawn letters.
-
Please DO NOT attach balloons to any part of the display. Balloons that become hot in the sun and touch the signs may cause damage to them.

Do not mow or trim grass while letters are displayed. Grass clippings get stuck to and stain our signs. Arranging for lawn crews to come before delivery helps keep our signs looking their best!

All deliveries include a small sign identifying that they are from Letter the Lawn. Do not remove this sign.

Please take pictures with the display!! Please don’t remove signs from the ground for photos.

Refunds & Payments

Payment is required at the time of booking in order to confirm your date.

If you must cancel your order you have two choices: Receive half of your booking rate back, or leave the full amount as credit for a future booking based on availability.

No refunds for circumstances that prevent us from setting up the display upon arrival.
-
No refunds due to errors entered upon submission (such as wrong address), unsafe property (ex. animals etc.), gated communities, or the recipient asking us to remove the lawn letters.
